Fall Mini Session Details *

I understand that the Fall Mini Session includes 5 professionally edited photos, a 20-minute session, and one location selected by the photographer. If I choose to buy extra photos, it is $10 per photo. If it is raining the day of the session, the Photographer will set a new date and time for the Fall Mini Session. If you cannot attend the new date you will get a full refund. No props are included in the Fall Mini Sessions, however, you can bring your own props. Just make sure to list them below.

Copyright Agreement *

The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Clients permission to make copies or prints of the images. The photographs cannot be edited by anyone other than the Photographer (this includes filters on social media). The images taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer.

Editing Agreement *

The Photographer provides high-quality editing services. The Photographer agrees to edit lighting, color, small blemishes, smoothing skin on the face, and cropping. The Photographer does not change the shape of someone's body, add objects or people into the photo, or majorly alter one's appearance.

Payment Agreement *

Payment is accepted in the forms of check, cash, Venmo (@leighcreative), or PayPal (PayPal.me/AprilAshton); please note an additional fee of 2.9% of the transaction will be added for payments made via PayPal. Make payments to “April Beall”.

Social Media Agreement *

May the Photographer use the photographs from the session on their social media, website, and printed marketing?
